    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am a Free User of Jotform , I have Saved Many Data Belibeving your Database but Recently My Account Got Suspended , I Need to Login these Account Please Activate my Account otherwish it will create a Problem for me

    When I check your form which is titled as "Senegal Project", I see that you have been collecting some sensitive information. 


    Please note that these fields are against to our Terms of Use.

    "Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."

    Please let us delete these suspicious fields so that we can reactivate your Jotform account. Thank you for helping us to protect privacies of our users.

    Please note that JotForm will not allow to collect sensitive information due to security reasons, although we understand that you may not be using your forms for phishing purposes or your form is not published yet. 

    I have removed the guilty fields from your form and reactivated the account, please avoid to keep asking for sensitive info or info that goes against out terms, otherwise your account will be suspended again.
