I have a jotform account with you, but this morning it is not allowing me to login. I have tried to do a password reset, but I am not receiving the password reset emails.
Please can you help

Thank you for contacting us. I have had a look at your account and I see that the account is a "Guest Account" and hence the reason when you are requesting for password request you are not receiving a password reset email.
I would recommend you register an account with Jotform by signing up using the link : https://www.jotform.com/signup
