I don't know who submitted the form...

Hi there, 

My mistake .. but I don't know the name of the hotel submitting the form. It is crucial information as they are ordering something.

Any chance you can trace it back to the person who submitted it? At least the location it was sent from? It would be a great help for us!

I would recommend you to get the IP address where that submissions was sent from, this may help you to find the location: https://www.jotform.com/help/31-How-to-Find-the-IP-Addresses-of-Form-Respondents
