Cannot receive notification

    Come mai quando si compila il modulo, in questo caso (01modigliani), non arriva la notifica a questo indirizzo email?

    I have checked the email logs belongs to email address via our admin panel. I have seen that there are some submission emails sent successfully to the email address as you can see the screenshot below:

    You are also able to check your email history logs as you can see in the following guide: 

    Could you please check your SPAM/JUNK/BULK folders of your email address? If you see JotForm's emails there, please mark them as NOT SPAM and move them to regular inbox folder.

    Please check and let us know if the issue still persists.
