My customers are not receiving the Autoresponder Email

    I have done the same, i get the notification but the person who completed the form does not.

    I checked your form "" and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and it should send auto-responder without any problem. 


    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I found that you have enabled form encryption in your form. Please note that auto-responder email will not be sent if the form is encrypted.
