how do I turn off this auto fill? please

    I turned on this fill - last night and I cannot recall where or how I did it - i need to turn off how do I do that please?

    You could also have a look at the following article about enabling/disabling Auto Fill on Forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

    my problem is to get rid of the dummy data in the LIVE FORM

    did you check the link form and see it is filled with dummy data


    This is coming from some OTHER setting - and just do not recall where?

    I've checked the form with the link you've posted above ( https://form.jotform.com/IanRm/request-for-quote ) and I couldn't see the auto filled fields.

    Did you try clearing your browser cache?
