I hate that I can't talk to someone.
My form https://form.jotform.com/72894722410154 was working just fine. I tested it many times. I then sent it out and people were getting a 404 error. Now the last field in the form does not "Review and Submit".
It was working now it is not.
The form is for a fundraiser so I have limited time. I have paid $20 for this form and spent several hours of my time on it so I really do expect it to work. I would like to talk with someone but there is no support phone number. I hate that.
Now I am typing away hoping that there is someone on the other end who will respond. Although I don't know why this form will work as mine has stopped. Please respond so I know I have not wasted both my time and my money.

I have checked your form and I was able to replicate the issue. The form does not proceed after clicking the "Review and Submit" button. I will escalate this to our developers for further checking. You will be informed once this is fixed.
