I have notifications setup on my JotForms; however, none of the notifications are working. Can you help?

I see you have applied conditions to send that notification to multiple recipients depending on your user's answers. Is there a specific recipient that is not getting them? Please check if the recipient is not in our bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Also, check your spam folder, and if you find it there, make sure to mark it as NOT SPAM. Also, you can check our mail logs: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

You have setup your own sender email:
Please check if your SMTP settings are correct: https://www.jotform.com/help/241-How-to-Edit-Delete-Sender-Emails-on-SMTP-Settings
Meanwhile try using "email@example.com" as the sender, and whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
