How to have the Text field showing in Notifier email?

I have a form with text and initials how do I receive the initialled text  with submission 

The Text field is not like regular fields, so it will not automatically populate the Notifier. In order to have the Text field showing in the email notifier, you have to manually copy it, here is how:
