I had created several forms at the end of July. I had just received an email saying my form wasn’t found. I tried to login to my account and it said it was suspended.

Please avoid collecting sensitive information such as credit card information on your form to avoid your account to be suspended again. If you need to process payment on your form, you can use our Payment fields. For more information, you can check this guide: Payment Forms.
