I am not sure what the question is. Do you mean you created a form with Google Forms and you want to import it into Jotform?

If so, then I'm afraid that's not possible. You would have to create a new form and try to replicate the form manually with the JotForm builder. 

If you want to link a file on Google drive with JotForm, then yes its possible.

You can import all the forms you've created on your Google Account using the google forms import app : https://apps.jotform.com/app/import_google_forms
