New form layout & PO payment field: form does not get submitted when a product from the PO payment field is selected.

    Hi

    Can you please take a look at my form and fix the Review and Submit button?

    It does not work at all. When clicked it just stays on the last page of the form, not moving on at all. There is no page to 'review' information, and no email notifications of an order having been put through to either our email address or the customer.

    We want to be able to link this form to our Xero account and are extremely keen to get it up and running as quickly as possible.
