Hello, I'm having trouble making my excel form available to my users. It's connected to my drive account but will not load when click. Please advise.
Thanks

I'm not sure if I understood your question, I have checked the form you provided and it seems to be loading fine:
May you please provide us more details about your question?
We will be glad to help you.

kinglarry1Replied on October 25, 2017 at 11:43 PMThanks for your response. Once the form loads and is filled out the user is
given a choice to continue with their budget info in either a online form
(which works fine) or an excel spreadsheet. When I click on the excel
option for the download I get a error message.
The excel document is saved in my docs. How do I connect the link to the
doc location?
Thanks

Are you referring to the following download link?
I checked it here and I am also getting an error.

It seems to me that you have pasted and invalid file URL or the file permission isn't set to public. Please take again the file URL and link it to that text.
You can refer to this article to learn how to get a direct link to your GDrive files https://sites.google.com/site/gdocs2direct/.
