Submissions not received when payment option is not selected on the form

    Hi! I have several forms where I have included an option to pay a retainer fee but I have left it checked off as "not required" since some people prefer to send a check. Clients are saying they are submitting the form but if they have not chosen to pay I dont see them... any idea what I'm doing wrong?

    I have tried submitting your JotForm without selecting the payment option and was able to send the submission without any issue. Are the forms embedded on any of your web pages and experiencing the issue? Is there any error message displayed on the form? As I check the form provided, there is no autoresponder added to the form. If you can add an autoresponder to the form, when the form is submitted an email with the submitted data will also be sent to the user as a confirmation. You may add an autoresponder by following the guide below:

    Hi! My clients are being brought to a pay pal login screen after clicking submit and I am still not getting the form. Any idea why?

    After redirecting the form to PayPal and if the payment is completed, the submission will be automatically displayed in the submissions view. If the payment is not completed due to any reason, the submissions are incomplete and viewed by clicking on Incomplete payments icon in the submissions view.

    Also, as mentioned in the link above, please check if the IPN is enabled in your PayPal account.
