Why my data came unreadable?

What the heck is going on?????????????? I do not have a key never got one and I can now not use jotform!!!!!! What is going on here folks? Please tell ime in detail, how I can get my website www.gotcherback.com massage intake form to not come out all incripted this has never ever happened before! PLEASE I Need my site working properly.

So that's why the data came like that. Unfortunately, when the data is encrypted, nothing we can do, data is not readable to us either.

Only with the private key, the data can be decrypted. If you don't have the key the data cannot be decrypted. More about that here: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
