I am trying to integrate jot forms with my client's Salesforce Sandbox. I added the integration and Jotform is able to authentic the credentials. However, when I select "Lead" object to send the Form records to, it gave only Standard Field, but not able to get custom Field of leads.

whenever i was trying to integration with the help of zapier, that time i was able to get both standard and custom field of leads.

so question is that can I access the Custom field directly integration with JotForm without any third party tool like Zaiper.

I also attached screen sort please find and Help me.

    Thanks.

It looks like the custom fields from the Salesforce lead is not displaying in the map fields of the integration. Please allow me some time to check on this and get back to you with relevant information.

    Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for being patient. I have tested the Salesforce integration again on my test form. I see that the custom fields from the lead is now displaying normally in the integration wizard.

    Thank you for contacting us.

When enabling API permissions in Saleforce, did you allow the API to have full access of the account? This is under systems permissions set in Salesforce.

    Hi Darshan,

We’re excited to announce that Jotform is now available on the Salesforce AppExchange! Salesforce AppExchange is an online application marketplace for third-party applications and solutions and it offers thousands of solutions and services that extend Salesforce, eliminating the need for constant platform switching. All that is required is to use the Salesforce forms and select object types to map them to corresponding fields.

Here's how you can get started with the Jotform for Salesforce setup:

How to Add Jotform to your Salesforce Account

When you install Jotform’s app on your Salesforce account, you’ll have a Salesforce button right there on your forms, so now you can automate the creation of records in Salesforce. Keep on reading to learn how to install Jotform on Salesforce AppExchange.

    1. Log into your Salesforce account and click on the 9 Dots Icon on the left side of your homepage to open the App Launcher.

    Creating a Salesforce Form

    1. Now you can create forms that are automatically integrated with Salesforce. All you have to do is select the Create Salesforce Form option on the Create a Form page.       Can I access the Custom field directly integration with salesforce to JotForm without any third party tool like Zaiper? 2. When you select Create Salesforce Form, you can pick the Salesforce objects you want to include as fields in your form from the Salesforce Objects dropdown list.
    3. Objects are essentially databases you can create. Objects are made up of fields that you can map to in your forms. This allows you to automatically create Salesforce records. In this example, we created a Contact form that will connect to a Contact Object in Salesforce.
