The encrypted form won’t turn off.

The incripted form won’t turn off what do I do this is honestly terrible and a key was never downloaded on this computer I’m the only one that uses it!!!!!!

If you received encrypted data then you have to use your key to decrypt the data. If you lost your key then your data is also lost. Please check your download folder and try to find a key there:

Also, please note that the form has to be encrypted to decrypt previously encrypted data. 

I assume that this issue is related to your form Take Two. The form currently does not have any submissions. You deleted them. 

I also noticed that the form is still encrypted. If you are not able to find your previous key then create a new key, otherwise you will also not be able to decrypt your new submissions. 

You can also turn off form encryption on the settings page of your form.
