Unblock IP Address

    I checked you account and it is active. Try again and if there is any error message take a screenshot and post it on our forums

    Hi Aubrey,
    It unblocked me for awhile but now it has blocked me again!
    Please could you unblock me again and advise why this is happening?
    Is there anything I can do with my IT department to stop this?
    I've now set up an event so need it sorted as soon as possible. Much
    appreciated.

    Hi Rachel, 

    On our record, you are using this IP address: 85.115.52.201. I have whitelisted the IP address on our system. Can you please try again and see if you can now access the site? If you are still encountering the issue, can you please send us a screenshot of the error message you see when you access JotForm? To attach a screenshot on this thread, just follow the instruction provided in this article: How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum

    If you are using a different IP address, can you provide us the IP address so we can further investigate?

    It's blocked me again! I have an active form and responses I need to
    download :(
    I cannot access the website so I have no way of reporting the issue other
    than through you. Sorry.
    Unless you have an alternative email address I can send this issue to?

    I have whitelisted the IP Address. Please check again. I cannot confirm yet, but I think this is because the IP Address has been used for many account signups.

    Would you mind checking to see if you still have the same IP Address? You may also consider resetting your router to change your IP Address, unless you are using a static one.
