Hi, I am unable to edit the already submitted forms. I already tried clearing cache, re-launching the browser, clearing form cache, waiting around..... but the form just doesn't load so that I could edit it. Please help. Thanks

I tested this issue, but I couldn't replicate it, the form is showing on edit as well:
And all fields were showing fine.
Did you try from a different Browser?
Let us know if the issue persists.

Also, I'd like to know if the form data is visible to the public in general
as well?? As it's supposed to be confidential data and I require to make it
private so that it's accessible to only myself. Please help.

Please try using different Browser or Internet connection since I'm still not able to replicate this issue.
Regarding the second question, the data is only visible to you and our Support - but only when you have an issue like this one, otherwise we never check your data.
Additionally, you can go to: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and check all these options:
So data is only visible to you.
