Hi , We are having issues on getting notification emails anything come with ...@warmup.com will you please check or give us an ip so that we can whitelist your emails on our email server.

Is the email address they are using sending as if it is comping from a @warmup.com address?
If yes I think your supplier may of changed its smtp server sending the email.
To protect our email accounts we have taken precautions and require any company pretending to send from a @warmup.com to use a static IP SMTP server and provide us the IP address.
Please contact the sender and ask to provide a static IP for their email smtp server.#
We will then be bale to add this to our exception list.
