    Secure SSL submissions are increased each time I test my form

    I have been testing and updateing my form and it looks like each time I send a test email from JotForm it adds to my SSL submissions. Is this correct should this happen? This must have been the reason it went up last month too. I just started working on the form yesterday and this morning and there was no SSL submissions now I have used 9 out of 10 in the last hour? If my real form does not have SSL selected then will people who complete my form online will it still come through if the SSL is full?

    Hi,

    I have now reseted your SSL submissions. It should be fine now. I have also tested your form and it seems to work fine, the submission is counted as regular not SSL. Please make sure that you're running on HTTP not HTTPS when you make a test. Also, please double check the form codes from your websites if you've embedded it many times.

    If my real form does not have SSL selected then will people who complete my form online will it still come through if the SSL is full?

    No, this shouldn't happen. If you've encountered this problem, please let us know so we can investigate this further.

    Hi again, sorry to be a pain, I am having problems with the form being secure again. I dont have the button ticked to be secure and it is now showing it is a secure form, I cant seem to change it from being secure. I have it embeded on my webpage using iFrame this is the code I am using <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.co/form/22338192036854" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1482px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
    </iframe> but when someone completed the form it still adds to the SSL submissions, I just did a test one now and it did it to me. This only started as off yesterday when I relinked the mailchimp intergration. Is there a way to stop it being secure.

    Something is definitely amiss with that form. Even though it's the non-secure version, its source has links normally associated with secure forms:

    You are using secure jotform code. So, your form submissions are sent to the secure server. Unless you'd like to upgrade to JotForm Premium, you must remove the jotform code on your site and instead use a regular/non-secure form code.

    Here is how you can get a new code. Open your form on the Form Builder:

    1. Open "Setup & Embed" tab on toolbar,

    2. Click on "Embed Form"

    3. Copy the HTML code provided to your web site. Make sure that the Secure checkbox was not checked when you get the code.

    The steps you have given me are basic if only it was that simple. As I mentioned above I dont have the secure checkbox ticked and it is still giving me a secure link. The html code does not change if its ticked or not it is still showing that its secure. Is there any other way to make it unsecure because by not having the checkbox ticked does not work. I think it must have something to do with the mailchimp intergration (mailchimp is a secure site) I really need the intergration to work otherwise there is no real point using JotForm. I really need this fixed.

    There may have been a slight glitch in the system that has now apparently sorted itself out because the source of the non-secure version of your form now contains the correct (non-secure) URLs. There should be no increase in the SSL count when submissions are made via that version of the form now but be sure to let us know if the problem reoccurs.

    I revisited the page. The form is not secure any more. I also did a test form submission and the only the normal counts increased. The secure counts did not increase.

    I am also resetting all of your submission counts as a courtesy.

    Where exactly are your forms embedded? Upon checking, I found out that your account has accrued only 1 SSL submission for this month.

    If you think you're still having problems with your forms, please open a new thread for it so we can provide you assistance that is specific to your situation.
