Still can't access widgets through the drop-down menu.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough.  I wasn't aiming to embed a widget in a form, just wanted to look at what's available.  I guess this is possible from within the form editor, but I just wanted to use the top menu link.  That still doesn't go anywhere.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue you're encountering so we can try to replicate it and investigate it further?
