I need to create a form with recurring payment capabilities, but I need to also collect a one-time payment + the Monthly recurring amount.
Business in question is a fitness studio:
Enrollment fee is a one time charge of $99
and then $49 per month

You can set this up like this way to get what you needed.

So basically that would be 99+49 in total for the first payment? then 49 for each month ?
If yes, just change the "First Payment" to $148 (49+99) .
