Hi Our Company User accounts have recently been suspended after an IP address blockage after testing customer email outs, without cause, can we please have someone contact us immediately to discuss this to resolve it and also retrieve our data and access to our accounts.
We were considering upgrading our accounts at the start of next year yet now we have no access can you contact us urgently.
