Why is my form showing slider navigation

    Please help. I don't know why this is happening but I do not want the slider bars to the right and bottom of this form.

    I can see you are using the WordPress embed method, please try embedding the form using the iFrame method, this will allow you to hide the scrolling bars: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
