I have a Premium account and my forms have been disabled due to reaching the limits of my account.
I can't see how I've gone over the limits so can someone have a look please. My username is skchase

Sorry about that. I have now restored your normal submissions counts.
There was a problem with submissions counter recently but it should be fine by now.
