publishing jotforms do not show updated

edited forms not showing up, tried submitted the screen shot  or actual forms several times.  After 1.25 hours it remained stuck stating please wait

Normally, your form's cache updates as soon as you have made changes. Apparently, something did not update on your form, so I have now manually cleared your form's cache. Can you let us know if the problem persists?
