    Will not let me log into VerticalResponse  so I can do the integration

    Could you please let us know what is the error you see? 

    I just tried integrating and it worked:

    No Error message, Just will not Log in.
    Says wrong password.
    I know I’m using the correct password
    I log into VerticalResponse every day.

    1. Can you try logging into http://www.verticalresponse.com

    If you cant login there you can contact VerticalResponse support ask them why your password isn't working.

    2. If you can login then its a problem specific to JotForm. We may need to escalate the ticket to Level 2 support. So please get back to us either way and let us know where the problem is.

    Yes I can log into VerticalResponse
    But just not thru your website

    We are currently not experiencing any authentication issue to our VerticalResponse integration.  Please try the following steps:

    1. Log out from VerticalResponse website.

    2. Log out from JotForm.

    3. Restart your browser.

    4. Log back into JotForm.

    5. Try to integrate VerticalResponse again. 

    If the issue is still the same, then please try to check if it will work on another browser or not. Lastly, you might need to try clearing your browser cache.

    I also cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our server.

    I tested the authentication and it worked for me:

    We will have to submit this to Level 2 support. They will investigate and post a response as soon as it is possible for them.
