I have created a form and deployed it.
I run a Highrise CRM instance and have attempted connecting my form to the CRM. When stating that the form is to be connected using Tasks the next screen asks to map the form fields to tasks. However the map fields have no drop-downs and state that I should add fields to the form - which I already have.
Also when making changes to the deployed form these changes do not refect on the page that the form is embded on, I have to copy the form and redeploy for the changes to reflect.

Regarding the delay updates of your form, can you please try to clear your browsers cache? If this doens't help, please use "www" instead of "form" on your form URL. Example:
