Is there any way to make the submission information automatically feed to a report so I don't have to manually keep downloading it to get the most updated report?

You're correct @LabelHorde - Most of the reports require downloading and won't automatically update on their own once downloaded. You have to re-download them to get the most updated version of it.
The following are the only sources where the submissions auto-update by themselves:
