When we sign up to the same form we get different criteria

    When we sign up to a product which requires an application form, there is certain criteria that needs to be completed.  However, it keeps coming back with different criteria for different people when they sign up to the same product.  I am getting quite a few complaints please could you tell me why this might be?

    See below the form that I am talking about it should only have a few small questions i but has other products included. When my colleague signs up this is working with the right criteria. I have removed my details from the original form so it wont recognize me but it still continues to do so?

    Can you please be more specific? I'm not sure if I understand. Tell us what exactly is the problem and what would you like us to do for you?

    The above link is prepopulating your form. Your customers would need to access your form with this link instead:

    https://www.pdapproval.com/reps/online-submission

    If you want to clear the prepopulated fields you would need to delete each registered submission in question.

    Customers click on the same product but the application is requesting the wrong criteria for different people, some times the criteria is correct others its wrong. It is so temperamental, we want the same questions to be there all the time whenever anyone chooses the same product.
    We know how to delete the people that have submitted before but this randomness is with new customers too.
    I would like you to explain if there is something you can do to make sure we have the same criteria appear every time, otherwise we will have to start to look else where. There has always been nothing but issues with Jotform.

    I'm sorry but you will have to me more specific and provide us more details about your issue.

    The link you provide is populating 16 fields out of 55. Should there be less fields to fill?

    Your form has 107 fields and 47 conditions. Please tell us what is the good and what is wrong criteria. Also, tell us which products are your users selecting. Provide us the exact steps how should we fill your form to replicate the issue. Also, if possible provide us the screenshots of the good and wrong criteria. 

    For now, I can only assume that the issue is related to the conditions you set inside of your form and I can only suggest you to check if they are set properly.
