What form is my Suffern Podiatry Bill Pay form, which I am using to take a one time payment? Are there transaction fees for payments submitted through this form?

There are no transaction fees to jotform since we just integrate Payment Processors into our forms. Although there a limit of how many payment transactions can be made since you are on a FREE plan.
