PayPal Express: Why is not my form redirecting to PayPal?

This is the second issue I've had with not being able to receive payments using jotform.  My customers are not being redirected to the Paypal page.  If this issue is not resolved today I will need to discontinue using this product.  It is EXTREMELY frustrating!

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.

I have cloned your form and I can see it works on my end:

However, I have tested your form and it does not redirect to the PayPal payment page, but I noticed the following things on your form:

    1. The payment field is not required: Please note that if the payment field is not required your users may simply submit  the form without selecting a product so they will not be redirected to the PayPal payment page.

    2. You have enabled the "Digital Goods" option: Please note that such option must be available on your JotForm account as well, on my cloned form I've disabled such option and it worked so I would recommend you to do the same on your end as well.

Please let us know if disabling the digital goods option worked.

We will wait for your response.

How can I get to the Digital Goods section? I don't have that option.

I checked your form and I'm getting this error:

That usually means that your API credentials are not correct. For example, you might have an extra character, a wrong character or fewer characters added for API credentials, which causes this.

Also, you could try with PayPal Pro integration instead of PayPal Express.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
