Why is my form views counter incorrect?

Hi - My form views say 237 but you have emailed me to say that I am almost out of views.  Can you explain why please?

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

I have just checked your forms on the form analytics tool and was able to see the counter should be 237 so I have re-calculated the views for your account and it reflects the correct amount of views now. 

Please if you notice the counter is not correctly calculating the views for your forms, let us know.
