My free account reached the 100mb upload limit, I´ve search through your "help" section and I didn´t find it clear if the upload space resets every month.
Could you please clarify this for me?

I checked your account and I can see that it is in overlimit status. You currently have 103 submissions for this month.
For the Free plan, you can only receive 100 submissions per month. You can upgrade to a higher plan in order to increase your monthly limits. You may also wait for the counter to reset back to 0. It resets back every 1st day of the month.
The upload limit does not reset monthly. Under the Free plan, you only have 100MB upload space. You need to delete the submissions with uploaded files to clear your storage space. Here's a guide: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data.
