Can the welcome header be placed higher on the page since the lettering blends in with the background picture?

    I don't think it is possible. Can you give us the link which you embed your form so we can troubleshoot further.

    Maybe we can adjust it on the page where it is embedded instead.

    Unfortunately no its not possible to move the Welcome heading. If you remove it then you are still left with the title of the form.

    The only thing you can do is change the text colours of the welcome page
