Not receiving email with info

When I fill out the form myself, the email comes through so I know the email is correct. I've had two clients fill it out since then and haven't received either of their emails. I checked junk mail.

Your email address is not blocked on our side. I have submitted a test form entry. Could you please check if the submission email is delivered in this case?

I received that! I'll hold out for the next one and see :) I verified my account so maybe that'll help. Thank you
