We appreciate your help. We are testing the form we recently created called "Credit Card Form" and when we complete multiple submissions they are not being sent to our email box. We want the forms to be emailed to email@example.com. Also when the form is completed it is not showing all details on the form. For example it did not show our logo and the signature part at the bottom. Also there is this huge empty space where the logo is suppose to be.Page URL:

I checked the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and it is not on our bounce list. I also checked the email logs and I can see that emails are being sent to the email address successfully. Here's a screenshot:
Please check your spam folder and if you see JotForm emails, mark it as not spam.
Also, please remove the Credit Card basic fields and replace it with our Payment Processing apps to avoid getting suspended.
