need to post data on mssql database website.not getting

    i tried to get post data on thankyou page but 2 fields data are getting,else are not getting.please help me.


    3dsystemopenaticket form name.i am using my own code to post into mssql.why it not getting all values..its getting some fields only.please check and let me know.

    What is the code you're using for inserting the data in MYSQL?
