i understand that i exceeded my limit when it comes to data but i already deleted my forms and datas how come it still displays that i cannot use my account? can u check and can u refresh my data.. i deleted my files. i also dont have an upload but still i cant use it.. i paid for a year fyi.. i dont want to upgrade in such a high priced plan since im only using it as an orderform and invoice.

Kindly not that the file upload limits can be freed only by deleting submission data.
As per the back-end system the storage is at 111.60 MB.
Kindly delete more submission data in your account so as to meet the monthly threshold.

hello is my 100mb data is for month or for the whole year?

The 100 MB is for the account lifetime. So, you can either upgrade to increase the space, or delete submissions the free up upload space:
