I need help with setting up a new order form with decreasing products

I need a form to sell a small number of places on a course with 5 places

So, the form needs to start with showing 5 places still available, when one is ordered and paid for, it then shows 4.........until all sold, then it says COURSE FULL.

Any guidance appreciated
