Fields are not showing in the live mode due to show and hide field conditions

i hope you can help me. in our admin panel we include dates to be filled out but in our published form it does NOT appear. What do we do wrong?

I checked your form and I can see that there are conditions that are hiding the fields that you are referring.

Please delete these conditions in order to fix the issue.

Select the condition and then click the "Properties" icon. After that, click the "Delete" icon.
