Encrypted Excel download

    Hi, I enabled encrypted forms for security. Great feature. However, when I download the excel document, I can't read the information even though I have the key.

    I find myself selecting each record, one by one, to create a master excel document.

    How can I download the file in excel and be able to see the information?

    Unfortunately, Excel, CSV and PDF reports are not supported in Form Encryption. It means that even if you have the key, you cannot decrypt the submissions in Excel.

    You can still view the submissions in a table format on the Submissions page via the Grid Report.
