I can't login

    Hi,

    the username is change by jotform to : atushoutskelet,

    now I can't login to my forms.

    When can you help me, so I can work

     

    username : atushoutskelet

    password : debbyjos

     

    and I can't change my password, error 116

    Hi Jos,

    Apologize for the inconvenice that may have caused. Regarding on the issue, we cannot change your username if we don't have permission from you that we will change your username. We are only allowed to change username if requested by the owner of the account/user.

    Further checking your email address atus@telenet.be, I found one account which is a PREMIUM account using "atus" as the username.
