Hi

When i want to upload something i have this error "is too large, maximum file size is 10.0MB."

I change the settings and it change anything.

In addition to what Deygus has responded.

You would need to use www.jotformeu.com to log into the builder and perform the updates . (allow up to 30 MB, according to your current settings)

I would also recommned you to use multiple uploads instead of the single one button.

The thing is that the form current correct location is one of our domains jotformeu.com , we have several domains fo forms allocations and this is one of them

Ok, I have uploaded 2 files (a video and a picture ) which make a total of almos 21 MB

I did not get any errors, I did it using http://www.jotformeu.com/form/22463499502356

If you are embedding the form into your page , please make sure the script shows http://www.jotformeu.com/ or update it manually into your web page
