Adding an excel formula into a spreadsheet
I want to send out a form regarding my annual awards luncheon... I need to know how many from each family will be attending... I want to have a spreadsheet where they can enter the number and have it give them a total owed

There is a Purchase Order field available that has the built-in total calculation. The field does not require payment.
If this is not something that is suitable for you, let us know.
