    If you are talking about this form

    The domain is  http://www.jotformeu.com/

    You get the correct one when you clic on the link below the error message, so make sure you set the corret URL path into the instructions.

    If notice on the toolbar, there is link icon (next to the quotation mark-like icon)  , you can edit the link there. Otherwise, just delete it and rebuild it

    this does not answer my question. All i need is the url where one can edit past entries.

    Go to http://www.jotform.com/myforms/

    Click on the form.

    Click on the submissions button at the top.

    Find the submission you want to edit.

    Click the edit button.

    Thank you, but I already know how to do that. My initial question was on how to edit in the front-end without access to the jotform panel.

    @flowerpower

    This URL is accessible on my end. It doesn't show Invalid URL error. Can you try saving your form once again? Then make a sample submissions with your form and check if {edit_link} generates correct URL. It would also help us if you can paste here the generated URL (edit link with submissions ID example: http://www.jotformpro.com/form.php?formID=22492819980970&sid=213178626874431430&mode=edit) so we can check the link status here.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    From submissions I have got everyones' ID and e-mail. I want to send an e-mail to people with their edit link with their own sid and ask them to update their info.

    I have been through all responses to "edit link not working" but any combination suggested results in the Invalid URL message. When I click the "corrected" URL it gives me a blank form, not the form of that particular sid.

    Form ID is 21171327242342

    My record sid is 205467123591396000

    Could you please check the link status?

    Thanks!

    @fenmen

    The provided ID's doesn't seem to be working fine. Only few datas are presented on form's edit mode. We'll investigate this further and get back to you as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Thanks. I got the ID from the submissions with title ID. This is the
    correct ID isn't it?

    @fenmen

    That's correct but there seems to be a problem with submissions ID on submissions page. It shows the rounded numbers (ID's) instead of the real ID's. We'll inform our developers about this for a quick resolution, hopefully.

    In the meantime, we'll check if we can find an alternative way of retrieving the real ID's all at once (you seem to have few submissions with your form). We will be investigating this further.

    We'll keep you posted. Thank you!

    @fenmen

    We have already submitted a report regarding this issue to our developers. We'll update you guys here once they've implemented a fix for this. As a temporary solution on retrieving your actual form submisisons ID's, please do the following.

    1. Download a copy of your form submissions to CSV. Do not download EXCEL format, it will round off every long string numbers, specially the submissions ID. Same point, do not open this file using ms office excel instead use the csv viewer below.

    2. Use this CSV Viewer to be able to get the actual submissions ID. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/csvfileview.zip. Example.

    3. (Optional) My friend Liyam was able to come up with submissions edit links for your 228 total submissions in just a couple of minutes :). I have sent the copy of your submissions CSV file with a complete submissions edit link to your email. Kindly check. Thanks!

    Please let us know if you run into any problems regarding this. Have a pleasant day!

    Just an addition, the edit link won't round off the numbers in it so it's fine to open the file in Excel if you wish to copy the data in it.  Just don't save the file in Excel so that the submission ID field on the next cell will not be updated.

    If there's anything that you need assistance with in regarding your form, please do let us know.
