How to Pass Field Value to Dropdown field?

how can i change a drop down menu options based on the chosen of another drop down filed?  
or 
how can i collect an chooses of many drop down to one drop down? 

To my understanding, you want to pass the value of the drop-down menu to another blank drop-down field.

But can i disable field in a drop down if it chosen in another drop down ?

Unfortunately no. It is not possible to disable or remove option of dropdown field if it is already selected in another dropdown field of same form.
