Jotform does NOT direct to PayPal when embedded in Wordpress site

When using the jotform link directly via 

https://form.jotform.com/form/71534448001145 

we can accept form info and user is taken directly to paypal to complete contribution.

When embeded via our wordpress site with this code:

[embed]https://form.jotform.com/form/71534448001145[/embed]

to this page: http://cliffhyra.com/index.php/donate/

Users are unable to donate, after entering required fields by jotform

user sees "please wait" after clicking "donate" button on bottom of jotform

and use is not sent to paypal to make payment
