How to use my custom domain for my forms

if i upgrade from free to bronze package, is that possible in jotform to get white label link for my form ?

example, our form link right now :  https://form.jotform.me/555555555

is that possible change to : myweb.mercury757.com/555555555

If you want to use your custom domain for your form, you can achieve it by following instruction in the following user guide:

There is no restriction for Free users about using this feature. On the other hand, your account is overlimit and your forms are disabled because of this reason. If you want to activate your form, you need to upgrade your account or you need to wait until the beginning of next month. Your monthly limits will be reset on the 1st of November.
